At Hardtuned, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original bags and drop the package off at any authorized postage carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Our team will inspect the items upon arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
